How to apply?

The application deadline has been extended until November 7 for those who have not yet been able to send all their documents, the results will be available on November 10.

Scholarships will be awarded only to students, on the base of merit. Applications to be considered for scholarships must be submitted before October 31, 2022. Results of the application process will be announced on November 10, 2022.
The following information is required for the selection process:

  1. Personal Statement explaining why you should receive the scholarship (1 page, pdf)
  2. Abstract of your current research, that once accepted, will be presented in the school poster session (1 page, pdf)
  3. Curriculum Vitae (2 pages, pdf)
  4. A recommendation letter from your academic supervisor (pdf)

Students must complete the Application Form (below) and include all the requested information.

For the Parallel Workshop Sessions students will be divided into Experimental or Modeling Activities based on the provided information.

At the poster session, participant should remain next to his/her poster to provide information about their contribution.

Participants are expected to attend the full set of academic activities.
